Our Story

I hold a degree in Exercise Science from Miami Dade College (MDC) and a degree in Recreational Therapy (RT/TR) from Florida International University (FIU), providing me with a well-rounded understanding of how fitness and therapeutic recreation can improve quality of life. I am also a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Clinical Care Technician, trained in Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), allowing me to approach health from both a fitness and emergency care perspective.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, Ocean Rescue Lifeguard, Firefighter, and Clinician with Dade County Schools. Currently, I work with the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Miami, where I continue to make a positive impact on individuals through fitness programs, therapeutic recreation, and community outreach.

In addition to my certifications as a Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, Spinning Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, and Lifeguard Instructor, I am an active competitor in Men’s Physique and Bodybuilding. This competitive experience further fuels my passion for fitness and allows me to motivate others to reach their highest potential, whether it’s in the gym or through recreational activities.
